Important Information

BankU ERP is a multi-company Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform used by multiple organisations.

An account deletion request submitted through this page applies to the individual BankU ERP user account associated with the selected organisation. It does not automatically delete the organisation's account, payroll records, employee records, statutory records, financial records, or other company-level data.

Certain information may need to be retained for a specified period where required by applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations, tax requirements, audit requirements, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal and business purposes.

Where retention is legally required, such information will be retained only for the applicable period and handled in accordance with BankU's privacy and data-retention practices. Account deletion may result in removal or anonymisation of information associated with your individual user account, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
